Title: A Phase III Randomized Trial of Chemotherapy With or Without Bevacizumab in Patients with Recurrent or Metastatic Head and Neck Cancer

Summary: This study is for patients who have head and neck cancer that has spread to other parts of their body or has reappeared following treatment. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of standard chemotherapy (cisplatin and docetaxel or cisplatin and 5-FU) versus standard therapy plus bevacizumab in the treatment of head and neck cancer.

Title: A Phase III Study of Postoperative Radiation Therapy (IMRT) +/- Cetuximab for Locally-Advanced Resected Head and Neck Cancer

Summary: The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of radiation therapy alone versus radiation therapy and cetuximab.

Title: Total Cancer Care™: A Partnership with High Risk and/or Diagnosed Cancer Patients for Life – 14690

Summary: This study is for patients undergoing surgery at the St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. The patient grants permission for St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital to have access to the tissue removed, and they donate it to the Moffitt Cancer Center for use in research. This research will pursue improving cancer treatments and patients outcomes of cancer treatments, both current and future.
